摘要
氘代药物是将药物分子中的部分氢原子用氘原子取代,在生物学、药学、医学等领域发挥着重要的作用。氘代药物作为一类新型药物已引起业界广泛关注。本文综述了近年来氘标记药物分子的合成方法,主要包括化学合成法和氢氘交换法,并总结这两种方法的优缺点,对其发展前景提出建议。
Deuterium-labeled drug molecules, in which partial hydrogen atoms were replaced by deuterium, play an important role in biology, pharmaceutical science, medicine and other fields. In addition, deuterated molecules have attracted much attention as new drugs. In this paper, the synthesis methods of deuterium labeled drug molecules are reviewed, including chemical synthesis and deuterium hydrogen exchange. The advantages and disadvantages of these two methods are summarized and some suggestions for their future development are proposed.
