摘要
为了解昆明市区农贸市场鸡源大肠埃希菌耐药基因的携带情况,采用PCR技术对140株鸡肝中大肠埃希菌的22个耐药基因进行了检测。研究表明,140株大肠埃希菌中TEM和Gyra(QRDR)基因检出率最高为100%;aph(3)-Ⅱa基因的检出率最低为22.86%,且13个耐药基因检出率在50%以上。呈贡区、官渡区、盘龙区、五华区、西山区检出率最低的耐药基因分别为aph(3)-Ⅱa、OXA、tetB和OXA、SHV、aac(3)-Ⅱa基因。研究结果可为大肠埃希菌病的临床用药提供理论指导,为公共卫生安全提供参考依据。
To study the carrying situation of drug resistance genes of avian Escherichia coli in the markets of Kunming city,a total of 22 resistance genes were checked in 140 avian Escherichia coli isolates of chicken livers by PCR.The results showed that the carrying rates of TEM and Gyra (QRDR) genes were the highest in 140 strains of Escherichia coli ,which was 100%.The aph (3)-11 a gene carrying rate was the lowest,which was 22.86%,and the detection rate of 13 resistant genes was more than 50%.In Chenggong district, Guandu district, Panlong district, Wuhua district, Xishan district, the lowest detection rates of resistant gene were aph (3) - 11 a, OXA , tetB and OXA , SHV, aac (3) - 11 a.The results provided a theoretical support for the clinical rational drug uses, and provided the reference for public health security.
