摘要 以玩具车轮胎为研究对象,设计了一副注射模,先分析了塑件的结构特点,再依次对模具的型芯结构、型腔排布、浇注系统、气阀结构及排气方式进行设计,模具采用气动推出塑件,阀门由弹簧复位,经生产实践检验,气阀结构可靠,模具工作稳定,生产的塑件合格。 Taking the toy car tire as the research object, an injection mould was designed. Firstly, the structure characteristics of the plastic were analyzed. Then, the core structure, cavity layout, gating system, valve structure and the exhaust way of the mould was designed successively. The plastic part was ejected by pneumatic ejection mechanism, and the valve was reset by spring. The actual production verified that the valve structure was reliable and the mould worked stably.
