摘要
本文针对GIS机械性故障,研究异响导致的GIS壳体振动信号特性,并在此基础上进行机械性故障检测方法的研究,进而研制出适合现场带电检测的检测装置,为GIS机械性故障的检测和诊断提供有效的工具。分析了GIS运行中的正常和异响振动信号的产生机理,频率范围、传播特性等数据,并根据不同类型故障的产生原因和特征表现,为现场检测提供检测和判断依据。通过研制GIS异响振动带电检测系统和现场测试GIS异响振动特性,可观察出GIS振动信号特征及明确正常运行GIS的振动特性和异响类型的GIS的振动特性之间侧差异,明确故障GIS振动信号的频谱分布规律和特点。
This article aims at the malfunctions of GIS machinery, the sound caused by GIS shell vibration signal char- acteristics, and the machinery fault detection method based on this research, and then developed the detecting device for electric testing,provide effective GIS fauh detection and anism of normal and sound vibration signals,frequency diagnosis of mechanical tools. GIS is analyzed the running mech- range, propagation characteristics, such as data, and according to the causes and characteristics of different types of fault, provide a basis for detection and judgment in field test. Through the development of GIS charged sound vibration test system and field test of GIS sound vibration characteristics, observed the GIS vibration signal characteristics and clear the vibration characteristics of normal operation of the GIS and sound side differences between types of vibration characteristics of GIS, clear spectrum distribution regularity and characteristics of fault vibration signal of GIS.
