配网线路杆塔防雷性能指标评价

Index Evaluation of Lightning Performance of Distribution Lines

本文建立配电线路杆塔防雷性能指标模型,对线路杆塔耐雷水平进行差异化评价,评估各种条件下配网杆塔的防雷等级,提出综合防雷措施,并制定相应的线路防雷保护施工方案,保障配电网雷电防护效果得到充分发挥。根据防雷性能指标评价结果提出综合防雷措施,并结合实际运行检验指导线路防雷薄弱点的技术改造,可以指导配网线路防雷进行有针对性的改造,提高配网防雷性能和供电可靠性。

Basing on the distribution line lightning protection performance evaluation model, the difference of line tower lightning protection level, lightning protection level assessment under various conditions of distribution tower, lightning protection measures, and the corresponding line lightning protection construction scheme, protection of distribution net- work lightning protection effect into full play are analyzed in this paper. According to the lightning protection measures of lightning protection performance evaluation results, combined with the technological transformation of the actual running test guide line lightning protection for weak points, can guide the distribution line lightning protection for targeted trans- formation, improve the lightning protection performance and the reliability of power supply distribution network.
