摘要
论述浆纱张力与伸长率分区控制原则。阐述了浆纱张力与伸长率的调控意义和要求,推导了张力与伸长率公式,通过测算拉伸曲线提供的弹性模量,建立了换算关系,根据浆纱机的分区张力计算分区伸长率。指出:浆纱调控原则是在满足工艺要求下,采用合理张力,限制伸长率;浆纱伸长率控制适宜采用"中退绕,负进纱,低湿纱,高干纱,紧卷绕"的工艺路线。认为采用正确的调控原则有利于浆纱张力和伸长率控制。
The zone partition control principle for sizing tension and elongation was reviewed. The meaning and requirement of adjustment for sizing tension and elongation were explained. The formula between tension and elongation was deduced. The conversion relation was built by calculating the elasticity modulus provided with ten- sile curve. The partition elongation was calculated by partition tension in sizing machine. It is pointed out that the adjusting principle for sizing was adapting reasonable tension and restraining elongation in case that processing re- quirement is satisfied. The sizing elongation should be controlled properly by adopting the processing route of me- dium backing-off, negative yarn feeding, lower humidity yarn, higher dry yarn and tighter winding. It is considered that adopting proper control principle is beneficial to the tension and elongation control of sizing.
