摘要
介绍浆纱生产过程中回浆与剩浆的再利用方法。对浆纱工序产生回浆和剩浆的原因及其性能进行了详细分析,并对回浆和剩浆的技术处理与有效合理再利用制定了切实可行的对策和管理制度。织轴质量和织机效率没有受到任何影响,织轴质量综合指标完成较好。认为:回浆和剩浆的有效再利用节约了浆料成本。
The recycling methods of returned and remained sizing during sizing production were introduced. The reason for the generation of return and remained sizing in sizing process together with their properties were analyzed in detail. The feasible countermeasure and management system for the technical processing of returned and remained sizing and the efficiently recycling usage of them were set out. The quality of weaving beam and loom efficiency were not affected. The comprehensive quality indexes for the beaming quality was well done. It is believed that efficiently recycling return and remained sizing can save the size mixture cost.
