摘要 探讨纺织厂空压机能耗诊断方法和优化措施。采用试验测试的研究方法,对某纺织厂空压机组能耗进行了诊断,并对其存在的问题提出了优化建议。研究发现:某纺织厂空压站空压机平均比功率为7.52kW/(Nm3/min),是ISO 1217—2009标准规定的比功率许可值的36.23%;机组平均全效率为45.36%,是规定许可值的20.7%。通过分析提出了降低空压机能耗的一些具体措施。认为:在进行空压机组进气量测试时,应结合测试现场条件选择合适的测试方法;通过采取针对性的优化措施,可以实现空压机节能,降低运行成本。 Examining method and optimizing measures of energy consumption for air compressor in textile mill were discussed. The study method of trial testing was adopted. The energy consumption of ffir compressor for some textile mill was examined. In addition, the optimizing suggestions were put forward regarding to the existed problems. The study show that the average specific power for the air compressor in the air compression station of some textile mill is 7.52 kW/ (Nm3/min) ,which is 36.23% of the permission value specified in standard of ISO 1217-2009. The average unit full efficiency is 45.36% ,which is 20.7% of the specified permission value. Some specific measures to reduce the energy saving of air compressor are put forward by analysis. It is considered that suitable test method should be selected by combining the test condition on site when the air inflow of air compres- sor unit is tested. By taking targeted optimizing measures,the energy saving of air compressor can be reached and the running cost can be reduced.
