定位包覆竹节纱及其针织物布面效果

Positioning Wrapped Slub Yarn and Its Knitted Fabric Effect

探讨定位包覆竹节纱的纺纱工艺,并对其针织物布面效果进行分析。利用新型多功能多电机电脑控制器对三罗拉花式捻线机进行控制,通过对竹节纱的包绕进行设计,在没有检测装置的条件下,实现空心锭包绕位置和竹节纱粗段对应的定位包覆效果,开发出具有特殊定位包覆效果的新款竹节纱。通过改变在手摇横机上的编织起始长度,出现不同的针织布面效果。认为采用此种方法可为竹节纱针织物的开发提供技术参考。

Spinning technology of the positioning wrapped slub yarn was discussed. Its knitted fabric effect was analyzed. Using new type multifunctional multi-motors computer controller to control three rollers fancy twister and designing wrapping of slub yarn,it was finally achieved the hollow spindle wrapped position and the corresponding positioning wrapped effect of slub yarn thick section without detective device. A new kind of slub yarn with a special positioning wrapped effect was developed. By changing the initial braiding length on hand-flat knitting machine,different knitted fabric effect were caused. It is considered that this method can provide technol- ogy reference for the slub yarn knitted fabric development.
