全面抗战时期,广西师范教育在办学规模、经费投入、师资培养,尤其是重视少数民族师资等方面,均呈现出总体发展势头。此时,专业课程设置、重视师范生教育实习等举措,使师范生教学技能得以提高。同时,广西师范教育办学中亦存在培养质量参差不齐、毕业生流失严重、生源不足等诸多问题。但总体来看,这一时期广西师范教育的发展推动了广西教育的现代化。
