全面抗战时期广西师范教育研究

Development of Normal Education in Guangxi during the Anti-Japanese War

摘要 全面抗战时期,广西师范教育在办学规模、经费投入、师资培养,尤其是重视少数民族师资等方面,均呈现出总体发展势头。此时,专业课程设置、重视师范生教育实习等举措,使师范生教学技能得以提高。同时,广西师范教育办学中亦存在培养质量参差不齐、毕业生流失严重、生源不足等诸多问题。但总体来看,这一时期广西师范教育的发展推动了广西教育的现代化。 Normal education is related to the development of the whole education system. During the Anti - Japanese, the education of elementary in Guangxi showed the overall development momentum in terms of the scale of running schools, the investment of funds, the training of teachers, especially the teachers of ethnic minorities. During this period, the set - up professional courses, and the importance attached to normal school education practice improved the teaching skills of the students. Meanwhile there were many problems such as the uneven quality of training in normal schools, the serious loss of graduates and the shortage of students. All in all, the development of normal education in Guangxi has greatly promoted the modernization of education.
