选择南方丰水地区的典型城市上海市作为研究对象,阐述了上海市的经济社会发展概况及水资源特点,总结了上海市目前非常规水源利用的现状,分析了制约非常规水源开发利用的瓶颈和问题,提出了推进上海非常规水源利用的发展对策,对于我国南方丰水地区的同类型城市和地区具有借鉴意义。

By using Shanghai, a typical city located in water rich area, as a research object, the characters of the city in terms of economic and social development and its water resources are introduced and current situation of unconventional water resources utilization are summarized. Bottleneck and problems of unconventional water resources development are examined, Development strategies for unconventional water resources utilization in Shanghai are proposed, which is significant to the same type cities and regions in southern China.
