通过对2016年山西省专利申请、授权量、有效发明专利拥有情况及万人专利密度等指标进行统计分析,摸清了山西省专利发展现状,以期为新形势下全省各级管理部门研究制定经济社会发展规划、政策和科学决策,又快又好地完成"十三五"专利提质增效目标提供有力的数据支撑。

By statistics and analysis for patent applications, patent applications granted, owning condition of effective patent for an invention and ten thousand patent density of Shanxi Province in 2016, finded out present situation of patent development in Shanxi, in order to provide data suppor for the province＇ s all levels of management making economic and social development planning,policy and scientific decisions under the new situation, and then quickly improve patent quality and efficiency during ＂ the Thirteenth Five-year Plan＂.
