高校图书馆自助服务模式下的读者服务工作探讨

高校图书馆的主要服务对象是学生,图书馆引入自助借还书系统,极大地方便了学生读者。从图书馆的发展趋势简述了自助服务模式引入图书馆后给读者工作带来的转变,提出图书馆员要想适应这种转变不仅要加强知识、观念、业务等能力的更新,还要加强对读者的培训宣传工作,规范读者的借阅行为,结合山西大学大东关校区图书馆的应用情况,肯定了自助服务模式的优势。
