The Design of Window Cleaning System Based on HT66F70A

综述了近年来国内外清洗机械的研究发展概况,针对目前高层建筑玻璃窗和玻璃幕墙清洁方式存在的不足,提出了一种基于合泰HT66F70A单片机的机电一体化家用窗户清洗系统的解决方案。对系统整体功能和总体设计方案进行了描述,详细介绍了各个功能模块的设计步骤和实现方式。试验表明,该系统结构、功能设计合理,适合于高空家居玻璃的擦拭。

This paper summarizes the general development of cleaning-machine in the whole world. Solution of mechatronics based on HOLTEK HT66F70A of scrubbing windows for household is proposed aiming at drawbacks of present cleaning-method for windows of buildings. This paper describes function and overall design scheme of system, introduces in detail the design and realization of each module. Finally, the experimental result indicates that this system is reasonable and feasible in structure and technology, suitable for high altitude household glass cleaning .
