摘要
针对回转窑低温烟气余热量较大及其用户供热负荷相对较小的特点,提出有效回收低位热能来发电和供热的新工艺,开发出回转窑生产工艺与供热和有机介质朗肯循环(ORC)的集成工艺,实现了低温余热的梯级综合利用,开拓了低温余热崭新的应用领域,降低了企业的生产成本,减少了污染物排放量,提高了企业的经济效益。
As concerning a larger amount of waste heat from flue gas at low temperature of rotary kiln and a lower amount of heating load of thermal users,the paper puts forward an effective heat recovery for a new heating and power generation process to realize cascade utilization of waste heat at low temperature, develops rotary kiln production process, heating and organic Rankine cycle (ORC) into the integration process, so the system realizes the cascade comprehensive utilization of waste heat at low temperature, expands the new application of waste heat at low temperature, reduces the cost of production of the enterprise, decreases pollutant emissions, and improves the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
