PP/a-PA66原位成纤复合材料弯曲力学行为的有限元模拟

Numerical Simulation for the Bending Mechanical Behavior of PP/a-PA66 In-Situ Microfibrillar Composites

摘要 利用"后期增容"技术制备了聚丙烯/活性尼龙66(PP/a-PA66)原位成纤复合材料,建立了复合材料的有限元模型,求解发现,该模型可以较好地模拟实际材料的弯曲性能。弯曲载荷作用下,与不添加增容剂的PP/PA66,直接将PP、PA66、反应性增容剂(SCRC)熔融共混-热拉伸制备的PP/PA66/SCRC相比,PP/a-PA66的弯曲性能最优。这是由于PP/a-PA66原位成纤复合材料中具有强界面结合的形态结构,PA66异形微纤能够起到增强基体PP的作用。 Polypropylene(PP)/active-Polyamide 66(a-PA66) in-situ microfibrillar composite were prepared through a "post-compatibilization" technique. A finite element analysis model for the composite was constructed using ANSYS finite element analysis software. It is found that the bending mechanical behavior of simulation results is consistent with that of testing results. Comparing with simply blended samples of PP/PA66 that were prepared by blending PA66 and PP together with (or without) the same compatibilizer through extrusion, the PPIa-PA66 composite has higher bending mechanical properties due to improved interface adhesion and reinforcement effect of PA66 profiled microfibril.
