摘要
21世纪是个高速发展的信息时代,各种电商手段层出不穷,网络方式管理和消费覆盖生活的方方面面,企业的传统管理手段纷纷转型为通过软件科学管理手段来实现。传统管理手段时效性差,工作效率低,手工收录资料过程繁杂且资料易于丢失出错,成本大,而软件科学管理手段时效性高,成本低,资料管理方便快捷,用户操作易用效率高。因此,汽车信息管理已经不再满足于线下传统管理方式来管理。为了能够满足信息时代的用户能够通过网络方式实现购买汽车票,查看汽车站相关时刻表信息,管理员可以通过网络web系统来完成对汽车所有的信息一体化的科学管理,故而开发了一个基于web的汽车客户服务平台管理系统。该系统是采用Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis框架和JSP、JQuery、EasyUI技术开发的一个web系统,使用的服务器技术是Tomcat服务器,数据库是MySQL。它具备了两个子系统,针对用户的门户售票购票系统,和针对管理员的后台管理系统,主要模块有用户管理、管理员管理、汽车站管理、线路管理、订单管理、购票模块、支付环节、历史售票记录查询等一个完成的汽车信息管理体系,实现通过软件技术来进行科学管理。
The 21st century is a high speed development of information age, various electric business means emerge in endlessly, network management and consumption to cover all aspects of life, traditional enterprise management have become a means to implement scientific management through software. Traditional management means poor timeliness, low working efficiency, manual included data process cumbersome and error is easy to lose, the cost of large, scientific management methods and software timeliness is high, low cost, convenient data management, user operation and easy to use with high efficiency. Therefore, car information management is no longer satisfied with traditional management mode to manage the offline. In order to be able to satisfy the users can through the network information age to buy bus ticket, see the bus stop related schedule information, the administrator can web system through the network to complete all of the information integration of automobile scientific management, thus developed a web-based platform for the automotive customer service management system. This system is to use Spring + for SpringMVC framework and JSP + Mybatis, JQuery EasyUI technology to develop a web system, the use of server technology is the Tomcat server, database is MySQL. It has two subsystems, portal ticketing ticketing system for users, and in view of the background management system administrator, the main modules are user management, administrator management, bus management, line management, order management, ticket ticket module, pay link, history records query such as a complete car information management system, and carry out scientific management through software technology.
