摘要
根据钢液凝固理论,采用计算机数值模拟技术分析了蒸汽轮机ZG15Cr1Mo1V钢外缸铸件壁厚变化较大部位产生热裂纹的原因.在铸造工艺上提出了一系列改进措施,最终达到了提高铸件质量、降低生产成本的目的.
Based on a theory of molten steel solidification, the reason why pull cracks were present in steam turbine outer cylinder casting of ZG15CrlMolV Steel where the wall thickness varies more significantly was investigated by using a computer numerical simulation technology. A number of measures related to casting process preventing the ZG 15Cr1Mo1V steel castings from pull cracking were put forward. As a result, the goal of improvement in quality of the ZG15Cr1Mo1V steel castings and reduction in their production cost was attained.
