摘要
分析了Z18闸板阀盖铸钢件的结构铸造工艺.阐述了该铸钢件的铸造工艺及生产经验,并针对其箱式结构和耐压的特点,提出了钢芯头定位的新思路.通过采用保温冒口及冒口覆盖剂加强补缩等工艺措施,有效地防止了铸钢阀盖裂纹和缩松的产生,生产出了合格的铸钢阀盖,为类似铸钢件的生产提供借鉴.
The configuration and casting process of steel castings of Z18 gate valve cap were analyzed, The casting technology and production experience for the steel castings were described. A new thinking whereby the steel core head was positioned was put forward on the basis of box construction and resistance to pressure peculiar to the valve cap. The use of such technological measures as insulating riser and covering flux strengthening feeding prevented effectively the steel casting of valve cap from producing crack and shrinkage, and the qualified castings have been produced, thus giving a reference to production of similar steel castings.
