摘要
研究了用聚乙烯醇改性酚脲醛呋喃树脂的合成工艺.试验结果表明,经过改性的合成树脂性能比较优良,其游离甲醛含量小于0.03%,抗拉强度达到了1.9 MPa.当加一定量的硅烷(KH-602)时,该合成树脂的抗拉强度可达到2.2 MPa以上.
A synthesis process whereby phenolic urea-formaldehyde resin was modified by polyvinyl alcohol was investigated. The results showed that the synthetic resin had better performance, its free formaldehyde content was less than 0.03%, and its the tensile strength reached 1.9 MPa. The addition of a certain amount of silane (KH-602) made the tensile strength of the synthetic resin reach as great as 2.2 MPa or more.
