从中医症候分析角度论治糖尿病神经源性膀胱临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Treating Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Patients from the Perspective of TCM Symptoms Analysis

目的:探讨对糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)患者按中医症候分期辨证施治的临床意义。方法:对符合标准的70例DNB患者临床资料回顾性分析,随机分为研究组、对照组,每组各35例,2组均采用中西医结合治疗,即常规治疗加中药汤剂。研究组在西医常规治疗基础上按不同症候分为前、中、后期三组,按症候分析予以不同中药辨证施治,于治疗结束后进行疗效统计对比分析。结果:2组DNB患者经不同方法治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效88.6%,显著高于(P<0.05)对照组(71.4%);研究组中三期患者疗效依次递减,前期患者疗效最好(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者进行中医症候分析后辨证施治疗效可靠,值得尝试;对DNB患者强调早期诊断、早期治疗,可望完全缓解。

Objective： To discuss the clinical significance of treating patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder （DNB） from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptoms analysis. Methods： The clinical data of 70 pa- tients with DNB were collected and retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. All patients were given combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Differ- ently, the study group took various TCM decoction according to different symptoms, which were divide into early, inter- im and later stage. Statistical analysis was performed at the end of treatments. Results： The total efficiency was 88.6% in the study group, significantly higher than the control group （71.4%） （P〈0.05）. The early stage patients of the study group possessed better curative effect than others （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating diabetic neurogenic bladder patientsfrom the perspective of TCM symptoms analysis is reliable, and worthy a try. Early diagnosis and treatment should be emphasized on DNB patients, which may obtain complete remissions.
