自拟胸痹汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Research of the Therapeutic Effects of Xiong Bi Preparation on Unstable Angina

目的:观察自拟胸痹汤对于冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择确诊为冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的患者60例,随机的分为2组各30例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组则在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上加服胸痹汤。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后的心绞痛发作情况、血清超敏C反应蛋白及各项血脂水平。结果:治疗4周疗程后,2组患者心绞痛的临床症状较治疗前均有所改善,对照组有效率为70%,治疗组为83.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白、血脂总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白均有所改善,治疗组的改善程度与对照组比较更为明显(P<0.05)。讨论:在常规西药治疗的基础上辅助服用胸痹汤,能有效缓解冠心病不稳定型心绞痛发作,改善血清超敏C反应蛋白及多项血脂水平。

Objective：Observation of the clinical effect on treating unstable angina of Xiong Bi Preparation .Meth- ods：60 patients with unstable angina were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group.One group was treated with general western medicine and xiong bi preparation.On first a medicinal pre -paration, divides two times to take lukewarm.The other one with general western medicine.After 8 weeks were observed the treatment of clinical symptoms and laboratory examination and analyzed statistically.Results： 1. Chinese medicine in improving symptoms, treatment group was significantly better than the control group. 2.Two pairs of angina to alleviate symptoms , the efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.After treatment, total cholesterol and LDL lipids, C--reactive protein （ CRP ） decreased in the treatment group decreased more signifi- cantly. Conclusions： xiong bi preparation is the clinical treatment of the unstable angina in a safe and effective Chinese medicine compound.Because of the small toxicity and overall treatment, the Chinese medicine has broad prospects and advantage which can not be replaced by the other medicine on treating unstable angina pectoris.
