2型糖尿病周围神经病变中药穴位贴敷护理的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Care with Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷护理对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者中医证候积分、血糖及甘油三酯的影响。方法:将50例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组25例和对照组25例,2组均给予糖尿病饮食、降糖以及活血通络类药物治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予中药穴位贴敷中医特色护理,8d为1个疗程。观察2组患者中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、甘油三酯的变化情况。结果:2组患者中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、甘油三酯等干预指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷护理方法可改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状,辅助降糖,控制病情,为患者提供了较为理想的方案。

Objective： To observe the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on TCM syn- drome score, blood glucose and triglyceride in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： Fifty pa- tients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group （25 cases） and control group （n = 25）. Both groups were treated with diabetes diet, hypoglycemic and Huoxue Tongluo drugs. The control group was given routine care, the observation group on the basis of conventional care to give Chinese medicine aeupoints at- tached to traditional Chinese medicine care, 8d for a course of treatment. The changes of blood glucose and trizlvcer-ide in 2 groups were observed. Results： The differences of TCM syndromes, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and triglyceride in the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The method of acupoint application of Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, auxiliary reduced blood sugar, control the condition, and provide a better ideal solution for patients.
