关于粤港澳大湾区金融监管合作的几点思考

2017年政府工作报告明确提出:要推动内地与港澳深化合作,研究制定粤港澳大湾区城市群发展规划,发挥港澳独特优势,提升在国家经济发展和对外开放中的地位与功能。"粤港澳大湾区"上升为国家战略受到世界瞩目,粤港澳大湾区金融合作是其中关键一环。实际上,近年来在各方共同努力下,粤港澳大湾区金融合作已具备坚实的基础,金融合作水平不断提高,合作领域逐步拓展,合作机制日益健全。新形势下进一步深化粤港澳大湾区金融合作,健全跨境金融合作监管机制,是促进粤港澳大湾区金融监管一体化的现实需求,对于维护区域金融安全与稳定具有重要意义。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has risen to national strategy, which catches the world＇s attention. The financial cooperation in the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is a key link. In fact, in recent years in the joint efforts, the financial cooperation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has a solid foundation. The financial cooperation is con- tinuously being strengthened, the cooperation areas are gradually expanded, the cooperation mechanism is becoming more and more perfect. Under the new situation, further deepening the financial cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, improving the mechanism of cross-border financial regulatory cooperation, which are the practical needs to promote the integration of the financial cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
