控制棒驱动机构用钕铁硼永磁材料研究

摘要 控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)通常采用工业纯铁作为其电磁结构的材料,如果改用钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁材料,可以进一步提高电磁力,从而减小电磁结构尺寸。实验研究了几种规格的钕铁硼试样,分析了温度、γ射线辐照、工作时间、结构等因素对材料的磁性能和开路磁通的影响。研究结果对于NdFeB材料用于CRDM设备具有指导意义。 Industrial pure iron is a commonly used electromagnetic structure material of a control rod drive mechanism (CRDM),if it switch to NdFeB Permanent magnet material,can improve the electromagnetic force,reduce the size of the electromagnetic strueture.Tlae effects of temperature, gamma rays,working time,structure on the magnetic properties and open magnetic flux of the samples were studied.The results of the study are instructive for the engineering application of NdFeB.
