摘要
随着汽车行业的不断发展,利用热冲压成形用钢生产安全部件已经成为汽车行业的趋势。试验用铜采用典型的热冲压钢成分,在C—Mn钢的基础上添加一定量的硼。为了研究不同淬火温度及回火温度对最终性能的影响,分别利用加热炉进行热处理试验。根据试验后组织及性能结果,分析在不同奥氏体化温度及低温回火温度的热处理工艺下材料性能的变化,得到在研究范围内性能最佳的热处理方案。
With the continuous development of the automotive industry, the safety components using hot stamping forming steel has become the trend of the automotive industry. The simple is made of typical hot stamping steel, which is added a certain amount of boron on the basis of C-Mn steel. In order to study the effect of different quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the final property, the heat treatment experiment was carried out by using a heating furnace. According to the results, the change of properties of the materials was analyzed under different austenitizing temperature and low tempering temperature. And find out that which the strength on heat treatment is the best one under the research condition.
