摘要
采用平壁一维稳态传热模型对柳钢5号高炉炉役后期炉缸残余炭砖长度进行计算,计算结果与停炉后测量结果基本一致。停炉后采用碳复合砖对炉缸炉底进行大修,并配置了炉缸炉底侵蚀在线监控系统。总结高炉炉缸大修实践及其效果。
By adopting the plane wall one-dimensional steady-state conduction model to calculate the length of the residual carbon-bearing brick of No.5 Blast Furnace hearth in the post-campaign, the calculating results were basically the same as those measured after blowing-out. After shut-down, the carbon-bearing brick was used to overhaul the hearth bottom and the on-line monitoring system for the hearth scouring was equipped. The overhaul practice of the blast furnace hearth and its effects were summarized.
