宣钢系列高速线材产品组织控制及生产技术创新

INNOVATION ORGANIZATION CONTROL AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF SERIES OF HIGHSPEED WIRE PRODUCT IN XUANHUA STEEL-MAKING PLANT

论述了宣钢对中高碳硬线、易切削钢、高铝含钛冷镦钢、低碳含铬系列出口材四类线材产品工艺特点的系统研究，结合三条高线设备情况，分品种、分规格制定加热、轧制、冷却工艺，并逐一组织实施。宣钢共开发45个品种14个规格，成功实现线材产品从（φ5．5～φ13．5mm全系列生产，产品覆盖中高碳硬线、易切削钢、高铝含钛冷镦钢、低碳含铬系列出口材四类线材产品。并且针对不同材料组织转变规律，形成了组织控制共性技术，实现了强度略有提高的前提下，塑性指标提高60％以上；通过吐丝温度、集卷后温度控制，实现系列线材产品表面氧化铁皮结构和厚度控制。

This paper discussed that Xuanhua Steel-Making Plant discusses the export process characteristics of high carbon hard wire, easy cutting steel, high aluminum titanium containing cold heading steel and low carbon chromium series materials. It combined with the three line equipment, according to different types and specifications of the heating, rolling and cooling process, and implemented one by one. Xuanhua Steel-Making Plant developed 45 varieties 14 specifications, the successful implementation of the product from the wire diameter of 5.5 mm-with 13.5 mm full range of production, products covered in high carbon hard wire, easy cutting steel, high aluminum titanium containing cold heading steel, low carbon chromium series of four kinds of wire products export. It formed a common technology control organization according to the change regularity of different materials and organization. The strength increased slightly under the premise and the plasticity index increased by more than 60%. It achieved that controlled surface oxidation of structure and thicknes in a series of. iron wire products by controlling spinning temperature ang colletting temperature.
