漳州市某电子专用设备制造企业职业病危害现状评价 被引量:4

Evaluation of occupational hazards in an electronic special equipment manufacturer of Zhangzhou City

摘要 目的通过了解某光电科技有限公司生产压电蜂鸣器、中高压电容器、超高压电容器、高清摄像头及环形电阻项目产生的职业病危害现状,评价其职业病危害防护设施和效果。方法根据相关法律、法规和规范标准,采用职业卫生现场调查法、检测检验法和检查表法进行评价。结果该企业存在的职业病危害因素有工频电场、噪声、高温、其他粉尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、甲醇、锆及其化合物、钴及其氧化物、铅及其化合物、四氢化萘、镍及其化合物、钡及其化合物、锶及其化合物、铋及其化合物、二氧化锡、硫化氢、氢氧化钠。除中高压电容器车间成型烧成岗位接触噪声[86.8~87.6 d B(A)]超标外,其余检测项目均符合要求。结论该企业针对存在的职业病危害因素设置了相应的防尘防毒、防噪声措施,职业病危害基本得到有效控制。其职业病危害现状评价结论基本符合国家法律法规的要求。 [Objective] To understand the occupational hazards in production processes of piezoelectric buzzer,mid-high voltage capacitor, extra-high voltage capacitors, high-definition camera and ring resistance of a photoelectric technology limited company, and evaluate the occupational hazards protection equipments and their effects. [Methods ]According to relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms, the ways of field investigation, detection and checklist method were applied in the evaluation. [Results] The occupational hazards existed in the enterprise were power frequency electric field, noise, heat, other dust, benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate,isopropyl alcohol,methanol,zirconium and its compounds,cobah and its oxides,lead and its compounds,tetrahy- dronaphthalene,nickel and its compounds,barium and its compounds,strontium and its compounds,bismuth and its compounds, tin dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide. The noise at the molding and firing processes posts of the medium and high voltage capacitor shop exceeded the occupational standards for 86.8-87.6 dB (A), While the results of other items met the requirements. [ Conclusion]The enterprise has taken corresponding dustproof,anti-toxicant and anti-noise measures, and the occupational hazard has been effectively controlled. The result of occupational hazards evaluation basically meets the requirement of national laws and regulations.
