重庆市某郊区建材制造行业职业病危害现况评价 被引量:1

Assessment on current situation of occupational hazards in building materials manufacturing industry in a suburban area of Chongqing

摘要 目的分析重庆市某郊区建材制造行业职业病危害现况,评价企业职业病防治措施效果,提出改进措施,保护劳动者健康。方法选取重庆市某郊区建材制造行业10家企业开展职业卫生调查,整理并分析职业病危害现状评价报告资料。结果 10家企业在生产工艺、设备布局、应急救援措施和职业卫生管理等方面基本符合相关标准规范要求。主要职业病危害因素有粉尘和噪声。6个岗位粉尘共检测108个点,有46个合格,合格率为42.59%,中位数的平均浓度2.69 mg/m^3,浓度范围为0.26~13.30 mg/m^3;7个岗位噪声共检测138个点,合格79个点,合格率为57.25%,最大噪声强度达106.3 dB(A)。结论重庆市某郊区建筑材料制造行业职业病危害状况依然比较严重,重点对粉尘和噪声超标点进行改进,采取措施切实保护劳动者健康。 [Objective] To analyze the current situation of occupational hazards in building materials manufacturing industry in a suburban area of Chongqing, evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the enterprises, propose the improving measures, and protect the health of workers. [Methods]10 enterprises of building materials manufacturing industry were selected in a suburban area of Chongqing, to perform the occupational health survey. The assessment reports of occupational hazards were collected and analyzed. [Results]The production process, equipment layout, emergency rescue measures and occupational health management in the 10 enterprises met the relevant laws and standards. The major occupational hazard factors were dust and noise. 108 points of 6 dust positions were detected, 46 were qualified with the qualified rate of 42.59%, and the average concentration of dust was 2.69 mg/m^3, with the concentration rang of 0.26-13.30 mg/m3. 138 points of 7 noise positions were detected, 79 were qualified with the qualified rate of 57.25%, and the maximum noise intensity reached 106.3 dB (A).[ConclusionlThe occupational hazards in building materials manufacturing industry in a suburban area of Chongqing are still serious. It is necessary to rectify the issue of excessive noise and dust and adopt more stringent measures to protect the health benefits of employees.
