三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者携带HLA-B*13:01等位基因情况与外周血白细胞计数指标的关联分析

Association analysis of HLA-B~*13:01 allele with peripheral white blood cells counts in patients with trichloroethylene-induced medicamentosa-like dermatitis

目的探讨三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者携带HLA-B*13:01等位基因情况与外周血中白细胞计数指标的关联。方法连续选取2014年1月—2016年10月入院接受诊疗的20名三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者作为研究对象。采用测序分型方法检测研究对象外周血DNA样本中HLA-B*13:01等位基因。分析携带和不携带HLA-B*13:01基因患者外周血白细胞计数最大值、淋巴细胞计数最大值、单核细胞计数最大值、中性粒细胞计数最大值、嗜酸粒细胞计数最大值和嗜碱粒细胞计数最大值的差异,以及携带HLA-B*13:01等位基因数目与上述白细胞计数指标的相关性。结果研究对象中不携带HLA-B*13:01等位基因、携带HLA-B*13:01杂合子和纯合子者分别占20.0%、70.0%和10.0%。HLA-B*13:01携带者与非携带者的白细胞计数指标相比,差异无统计学意义;携带HLA-B*13:01等位基因数目与白细胞计数指标无显著相关性。结论该研究人群中未发现携带HLA-B*13:01等位基因情况与外周血白细胞计数指标有关联,研究结果还需要在更大样本量人群中作进一步验证。

[ Objective ] To explore the association of HLA-B＊ 13：01 allele with peripheral white blood cells counts in patients with trichloroethylene-induced medicamentosa-like dermatitis （TMD）.[Methods]20 TMD patients admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were consecutively chosen as study subjects.The sequence-based typing method was used for detecting HLA-B＊ 13：01 allele in the DNA samples from peripheral blood of all study subjects.The difference of white blood cells counts in dices including maximums of total white blood cell count,lymphocyte count,mononuclear cell count,neutrophil count,eosinophil and basophil counts was analyzed between HLA-B＊13：01 carriers and non-carriers. The correlation between the number of HLA- B＊13：01 alleles and white blood cells counts indices was also analyzed.[Results]The proportions of HLA-B＊13：01 non-carriers, heterozygotls and homozygous HLA-B＊13：01 carriers were 20.0% ,70.0% and 10.0%,respectively. There was no statistical difference of white blood cells counts indices between HLA-B＊13：01 carriers and non-carriers. The number of HLA-B＊ 13：01 alleles showed no significant correlation with white blood cells counts indices. [ Conclusion]The association of HLA-B＊13：01 allele with peripheral white blood ceils counts is not found in the present study. Further studies with larger sample size are needed to validate the results.
