材料对装饰微薄木横向抗张强度影响分析

Impact Analysis of the Material on the Transverse Tensile Strength Decorative Micro Wood Veneer

本文研究了微薄木、背衬材料对装饰微薄木横向抗张强度的影响。研究结果表明,背衬材料种类决定了装饰微薄木横向抗张强度大小。牛皮纸背衬产品的横向抗张强度明显大于无纺布基材产品;随着背衬材料克重的增加,产品的横向抗张强度随之增加。微薄木对产品横向抗张强度影响较小,五种0.2mm的微薄木的横向抗张强度在0.06~0.15N/mm。

The impact of micro wood veneer and backer on the transverse tensile strength of decorative mi- cro wood veneer was investigated. The results showed that the transverse tensile strength was determined by the backer. The transverse tensile strength of micro veneer with kraft paper was greater than that with non-woven fabric. The transverse tensile strength increased with the increase of backer＇s weight. Micro wood veneer had little influence on the transverse tensile strength of decorative micro veneer. The transverse tensile strength of five kinds of micro wood veneer with the thickness of 0.2 mm ranged from 0.06 to 0.15 N/mm.
