老年冠心病患者阿司匹林应用情况的临床分析

Investigation of Aspirin Use in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析老年冠心病患者中阿司匹林临床应用现状及为新剂型研发提供参考依据。方法对2015年1月-2016年8月收治的400例老年冠心病患者的临床资料进行研究,根据患者阿司匹林服用情况,将上述患者分为三组,统计上述三组患者冠心病住院次数以及严重心血管事件的发生次数。结果 (1)观察组住院频次显著低于对照1组、对照2组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组心肌梗死几率、心脏猝死几率显著低于对照1组、对照2组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无绝对禁忌症情况下,老年冠心病病人应坚持服用阿司匹林。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of aspirin in elderly patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）, and to provide reference for the development of new dosage forms. Methods The clinical data of 400 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital in January 2015 -2016 year in August were studied retrospectively, according to the condition of patients taking aspirin, the patients were divided into three groups, the three groups were statistical coronary heart disease hospitalization and incidence of serious cardiovascular events frequently. Results The observation group hospitalization frequency was significantly lower than the control group 1, control group 2, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group risk of myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death rate siguificantlyThan that of the control group 1, control group 2, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In the case of no absolute contraindication, elderly patients with coronary heart disease should take aspirin.
