71例帆状胎盘的临床特点分析

目的探讨帆状胎盘的临床特点及分娩结局。方法分析2014年2月-2016年8月产后证实为帆状胎盘的71例患者的临床资料,分析分娩前的诊断率及彩色超声产前诊断的价值以及分娩结局。结果帆状胎盘的发生率为0.61%。帆状胎盘合并前置血管的发生率为0.03%。帆状胎盘的产前诊断率为61.97%,彩超诊断帆状胎盘的准确率为95.65%。彩超诊断前置血管的准确率为80%。帆状胎盘患者的分布缺乏特异性。结论孕中期常规彩超检查胎盘脐带的附着情况,可以及时发现帆状胎盘,早期处理,降低由其引起的死亡率。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and outcome of delivery of velamentous placenta.
