86例老年腹痛患者的特点及临床分析

Characteristics and Clinical Analysis of 86 Cases of Elderly Patients with Abdominal Pain

目的增加对老年腹痛的认识,提高其诊断率并探讨有效的治疗方法,改善患者的预后。方法收集86例老年患者以腹痛为主要表现的住院病例进行病因、症状、体征、辅助检查以及治疗的统计和分析。结果以腹痛为主要表现的的内科疾病病变部位:腹腔内脏器疾病70例(占81.40%),其最常见病因为急性胃肠炎(占20.93%)。腹腔外脏器疾病14例(占16.28%),全身性疾病2例(占总例数2.32%)。结论老年腹痛患者病因复杂,特征缺乏典型,病情变化快,预后较差,应重视其诊断及治疗。

Objective Increase understanding of elderly abdominal pain, improve the diagnostic rate and to explore effective treatment, improve the prognosis of patients. Methods Totally 86 cases of elderly patients with abdominal pain as chief manifestation were studied, including etiological factors, symptoms, physical signs, as well as therapy. Results Of them, 81.40% were caused by organ disorders in abdominal cavity, and the most common disease was acute gastroenteritis （20. 93% ）. Abdominal viscera disease outside 14 cases （16. 28% ） and 2 cases of systemic diseases（ accounting for 2.32% of total cases）. Conclusions The etiological factors of internal diseases with abdominal pains as chief manifestation are various and complex in elderly patients. More attention needs be paid to the diagnosis and therapy.
