TBL教学法在临床药学专业外语教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨TBL教学法在临床药学专业外语教学中的应用及其效果。方法由教师负责选取专业外语讨论资料,将临床药学专业的16名研究生分成4组,提前两周开始准备资料,查阅文献,做成英语PPT。汇报时每组指定一名同学上台汇报,回答讨论问题,然后教师总结,点评学生汇报过程中的优点和不足。结果所有小组利用课余时间查阅准备资料,上台发言,课堂讨论积极热烈,所有小组对指定的专业外语资料的理解都比较准确,课后所有学生都认为这种教学法比传统直接授课的收获大得多。结论 TBL教学法明显激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养了学生的团队协作精神,锻炼了学生的语言表达能力,提高了专业外语的教学质量。 Objective To investigate the application and effect of TBL pedagogy in clinical pharmacy professional English teaching. Methods The teacher selected the discussion materials. A total of 16 clinical pharmacy postgraduate students were divided into groups with 4 students as one group. They were told to start preparing the presentation by data collection,literature search and PowerPoint slides design. One of the students in each group was chosen as the presenter to reporting the findings of the group. The teacher then assessed and summarized the discussion. Results All groups managed to finish the task of data collection and literature search. The group discussion was conducted and the presentations were done successfully. The feedback showed that all of the participating students admitted that they learned more from group discussion teaching than conventional teaching. Conclusions TBL pedagogy provoked the enthusiasm of the students,intensified their teamwork spirit , increased their language competence in professional medicine and improved the professional English teaching.
