分析服药护理指导对精神病患者治疗依从性的改善作用

To Analyze the Effect of Medication Nursing Guidance on the Treatment Compliance of Psychiatric Patients

目的探究服药护理指导对精神病患者治疗依从性的改善作用。方法将2016年5月~11月收治的200例精神病患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各为100例,干预组:给予服药护理指导,对照组:常规服药护理,对两组服药依从性、临床护理效果综合评价。结果干预组护理后的BPRS评分及治疗依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论服药护理干预能够提升精神病患者的治疗依从性,效果显著,可广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of medication nursing guidance on the treatment compliance of psychiat- ric patients. Methods Retrospective analysis, 200 cases of psychiatric patients treated in our hospital from May to No- vember in 2016 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group was 100 cases, intervention group： given medication nursing guidance, The control group： conventional medication care, compliance of the two groups of medication, clinical nursing comprehensive evaluation. Results The BPRS scores and treatment compliance of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The nursing intervention can improve the compliance of the patients with psychosis and the effect is obvious.
