玉米乌米总多糖的提取工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 以玉米乌米为研究对象,利用响应面法对玉米乌米中的总多糖进行超声波提取工艺的优化,采用单因素分析不同提取功率、液料比、超声处理温度、时间等条件与玉米乌米总多糖提取率的关系,最后,采用响应面方法优化玉米乌米中总多糖提取条件,结果显示:超声波辅助提取玉米乌米中总多糖的工艺参数为:超声功率305 W,液料比31.6:1mL/g,超声处理54℃,提取时间31.4min,该条件下得到的提取率为63±0.5%。 The ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions for crude polysaccharides from corn sphacelotheca sorghi were optimized by response surface analysis method. Corn sphacelotheca sorghi was taken as raw material, influence of factors such as ultrasonic power, ratio of solid to water, and ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on the extraction yield of corn sphacelotheca sorgh polysaccharides were tested by single factor experiment, then a quadratic regression orthogonal rotary design with four factors and response surface analysis were used to optimize conditions. The optimal conditions were at ultrasonic power 305 W, the ratio of solid to water 31.6 : 1, and ultrasonic time 31.4 rain at ultrasonic temperature 54 ℃, obtained the yield of corn sphacelotheca sorghi polysaccharides 63± 0.5 %.
