扩大化护理管理在提高复治肺结核患者用药依从性中的应用

The application of expanded nursing management in improving the medication compliance of re-treatment patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 分析扩大化护理管理在提高复治肺结核患者用药依从性中的应用效果.方法 选择2015年6月1日至2016年3月31日我院确诊收治的复治肺结核患者92例,随机分为试验组（46例）和对照组（46例）.对照组接受常规护理管理,试验组接受扩大化护理管理,对两组复治肺结核患者干预3个月后的各相关观察指标进行比较分析.结果 试验组复治肺结核患者干预后的用药知识掌握度评分、用药依从率均显著高于对照组（均P〈0.05）.结论 采用扩大化护理管理对复治肺结核患者实施用药干预,可提高患者的用药知识掌握度和用药依从性水平,达到促进疾病康复的目的.

Objective To ananlyze the application effect of expanded nursing management in improving the medication compliance of re-treatment patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 92 cases of re-treatment patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,while the experimental group received expanded nursing management.After 3 months＇ intervention,the relevant observed indicators of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the two groups were compared.Results The score of master degrees of medication knowledge and the medication adherence rate of the re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To implement expanded nursing management for the re-treatment pulmonary tuberculosis patients to carry out drug intervention can improve the patients＇ medication adherence,so as to promote the rehabilitation of disease.
