摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念在超微经皮肾镜取石术(super-minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,SMP)中应用的效果.方法 选取2013年3月至2016年3月120例采用SMPCNL治疗上尿路结石患者120例,随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组采用快速康复护理方案,对照组采用传统护理方案,比较两组患者对术前访视的满意情况、访视后患者焦虑状况、术后并发症发生率及住院时间.结果 实验组对术前访视满意度明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);访视后患者焦虑状况明显轻于对照组(P〈0.01);并发症发生率少于对照组(P〈0.05);住院时间也少于对照组(P〈0.01).结论 在快速康复外科理念指引下的护理模式可促进经皮肾镜取石术患者的康复,效果显著.
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of fast track surgery (FTS) concept to super-minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (SMP).Methods Perioperative nursing measures data of 120 patients with urolithiasis who underwent SMP from March 2013 to March 2016 were analyzed.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated by FTS nursing,while the control group were given traditional nursing.Parameters of patients from two groups,including satisfaction for the preoperative visit,anxiety after visit,postoperative complication rate,and length of stay were compared.Results The satisfaction for the preoperative visit of treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Anxiety after visit of the treatment groups was significantly less than that of the control group (P〈0.01).Compared with the control group,the complications rate of the treatment group was lower (P〈0.05) and the length of stay was shorter than that of the treatment group (P〈0.01).Conclusions The nursing model guided by the concept of FTS can promote the recovery of patients treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and the effect is remarkable.
