摘要 目的:检测醇提蛇床子对红色毛癣菌的作用及其机制。方法:利用连续稀释法检测醇提蛇床子对红色毛癣菌增殖的抑制作用并计算最低抑菌浓度。利用Real-time PCR和Western印迹检测红色毛癣菌中热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,Hsp)家族蛋白的变化。结果:醇提蛇床子可以抑制红色毛癣菌的增殖。经醇提蛇床子处理的红色毛癣菌中Hsp60和Hsp90 mRNA和蛋白含量降低。结论:醇提蛇床子可以通过抑制Hsp60和Hsp90的表达抑制抑制红色毛癣菌的增殖。 Objective: To detect the effects and mechanisms of Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss in Trichophyton rubrum. Methods: Disk diffusion was used to determine the susceptibility and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Trichophyton rubrum. Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to determine the mRNA and protein levels of heat shock protein (Hsp) in Trichophyton rubrum after treated with Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss. Results: The proliferative ratio of Trichophyton rubrum was inhibited significantly by Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss. The levels of Hsp60 and Hsp90 mRNA and protein were lower in Trichophyton rubrum than the untreated ones. Conclusion: Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cuss could inhibit the proliferative ratio of Trichophyton rubrum by suppressing Hsp60 and Hsp90.
