On May 15,2017,the two-day Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation,attended by30 heads of state,was concluded in Beijing.The forum marked a new phase of the the Belt and Road Initiative since it was first proposed by China around four years ago.More than 1,500 delegates attended the forum,including officials,scholars,and entrepreneurs from 130 nations,and representatives from more than 70 international organizations.
