4月13日，中央宣传部、中央政法委召开贯彻落实《关于进一步把社会主义核心价值观融入法治建设的指导意见》电视电话会议。中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长刘奇葆出席会议并讲话，强调要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神和治国理政新理念新思想新战略，坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合。
