胶原凝集素在肾脏疾病中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 胶原凝集素属于可溶性模式识别受体,肾脏内表达的胶原凝集素家族成员主要有：SP-A、SP-D及CL-K1.研究表明,胶原凝集素家族成员在尿路感染、急性肾损伤中发挥重要作用,本文就胶原凝集素家族成员在肾脏中的作用及其可能机制作一综述.
