浅析老年患者牙科焦虑的心理状况及其影响因素

Analyses the psychological status of the elderly patients with dental anxiety and its influencing factors

牙科焦虑是口腔保健的一种心理障碍。临床发现,绝大多数老年患者会出现牙科焦虑,主要体现在抑郁和焦虑方面,影响老年患者牙科焦虑的主要原因是心理疾病和不良的心理状态,个性因素,对牙齿治疗知识的了解程度,疼痛和治疗环境,以及经济因素。本文为临床防治牙科焦虑提供了一些证据和思路,以期改善老年患者牙科焦虑的心理状况,提高口腔治疗效果和口腔健康。

Dental anxiety is a psychological disorder on of oral health care. Clinical studies have found that the vast majority of the elderly patients have dental anxiety, especially on depression and anxiety. The main reasons of for dental anxiety among the elderly patients were are mental disease and bad state of mind and personality factors, knowledge of dental treatment, pain and treatment environment, and economic factors. The present paper provided some evidence and train of thought for clinical prevention and treatment of dental anxiety, expecting improves the psychological status of the elderly patients with dental anxiety and the effectiveness of oral treatment and oral health.
