On Protection of Enshi Tujia Ethnic Intangible Cultural Heritage Based on Tension Analysis Model

近年来,保持民族文化的多元化、个性化愈发受到各国的重视。中华民族文化博大精深、源远流长,特别是少数民族文化,更是世界文化宝库中不可或缺的瑰宝。土家族非物质文化遗产是我国少数民族文化的典型代表,加强对其的传承和保护具有重要的现实意义。本文以土家族聚集区恩施市为例,运用战略管理中的张力分析模型,探讨土家族非物质文化遗产的传承和保护,进而提出相应的对策建议。

Protecting the diversity and individualism of the national culture has been attached importance to by many countries in recent years. Chinese cultures, profound and time-honored, are the indispensable gem of world cultural treasure-house, especially Chinese ethnic minorities＇ cultures, Tujia ethnic intangible cultural heritage is typical of this kind. Its inheritance and protection has important practical significance. Taking Tujia community in Enshi as a case, the paper discusses the issue based on tension analysis model of strategy management. Based on the analysis, the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
