摘要
针对煤矿井下现场存在大量电磁干扰,且煤岩动力灾害中受载煤岩破裂的电磁辐射信号的产生具有突发性、连续性,研制煤岩的电磁辐射信号的监测装置.采用高性能DSP处理器TMS320LF2812和可编程门阵列FPGA为监测系统的核心,进行外围电路的设计.最后进行煤岩压缩破裂试验,对其电磁辐射信号进行监测.研究结果表明:该装置能够较准确提取出煤岩破裂过程中产生的电磁辐射信号,并且能够进行连续波形采集、处理及存储,为能够准确的获取煤岩破裂的电磁辐射前兆信息提供基础.
Aiming at the large amount of electromagnetic interference in underground coal mining, and the sudden, and continuity feature of electromagnetic radiation signals produced in the coal mine field and loading coal and rock burst in coal and rock dynamic disasters, this paper developed a new type of coal and rock electromagnetic radiation real-time monitoring device. High performance DSP processor TMS320LF2812 and programmable gate array FPGA were used to build real-time monitoring system. The design of the peripheral circuit was carded out and the final test was performed. Results of testing show that the system is capable of loading coal rock electromagnetic radiation signals effectively remove interference, accurate extraction of electromagnetic radiation signals, and can acquisition, storage, and process of the continuous waveform, which can provide the basis for accurately obtaining the electromagnetic radiation precursor information.
