Special Role of Non-logical Thinking in Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and Clinical Innovation

非逻辑思维是中医思维的重要组成部分,是逻辑思维的补充,以既往积累的知识、经验为基础,具有形象性、经验性、意会性等特点。对于治疗疑难杂病,创立新理论新方法,指导当今环境下的处方用药,有着一定的积极作用。同时,非逻辑思维也存在不易把握、不易证实、不易传承等特点,应该理性地看待,巧妙地运用。

Non-logical thinking is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,and its exis- tence is a supplement to logical thinking based on the previous accumulated knowledge and experience with imaginary,empirical,perceiving features. It has a certain positive effect on the treatment of difficult dis- eases,creating new theories,new methods,guiding present prescription medication. Meanwhile,non-logical thinking is difficult to grasp,confirm,inheritance and other issues. It should be rational viewed and applied.
