广州市高校学生多物质和新型毒品滥用的关联性研究

Correlational research between multiple substance use and club drug use among undergraduates in Guangzhou

目的:了解广州市大学生物质滥用情况,尤其是多物质滥用和新型毒品滥用行为的关联性。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取广州市10所院校共2650名大学生进行问卷调查,了解物质滥用情况,并采用单因素Logistic回归方法及校正分析对物质滥用和新型毒品滥用行为的关联性进行分析。结果:3.1%的大学生在过去6个月内吸食过新型毒品。过去3个月内吸烟的人占24.7%,饮酒程度为轻度及以上的人占11%,过去6个月内使用过镇静催眠类药物的人占4.5%。吸烟、饮酒频率越高、使用镇静催眠类药物及滥用物质种类越多的大学生,其新型毒品滥用率越高。结论:广州市大学生多物质滥用情况及对新型毒品滥用行为的影响不容忽视。针对大学生人群的特点,采取针对多物质滥用相关的预防干预措施,有助于减少新型毒品的滥用行为。

Objective：To investigate substance use among undergraduates in Guangzhou, especially the relevance between multiple substance use and club drug use. Methods： To understand the situation of substance use, questionnaire survey was carried out among 2650 students from 10 universities selected with stratified cluster random sampling, and using univariate logistic regression to analyze the relevance between substance use and club drug use. Results： 3.1% of the students used club drug in the past 6 months. 24.7% of the students smoked in the past 3 months, light and above drinkers accounted for 11%,4.5% of the students used sedative hypnotic drugs in the past 6 months. The undergraduates with higher smoking and drinking frequency or using sedative hypnotic drugs and multiple substances were more likely to use club drugs. Conclusion： Multiple substance use among undergraduates in Guangzhou and its impact on club drug use can not be ignored. According to the characteristics of undergraduates, taking some preventive measures associated with multiple substance use is helpful to reduce the club drug use behaviors.
