摘要
在铅电解的生产中,阳极板是一个重要的部件。模板质量的好坏直接影响阳极板的表面质量,从而影响电解生产。本文从制作方法、后期加工两方面整体介绍了模板的制作工艺。论述在模板制作过程中,如何防止和减少焊接变形。对模板进行细节优化,改善脱模效率,总结出合理的制作工艺。
In the production of electrolFtic lead, anode plate is an important component. Template quality directly affect the quality of the surface of the anode plate, thus affecting the electrolysis. From the production methods, post-processing of both the overall presentation of the production process template.
